It doesn’t mean over that you haven’t received the call from recruiter, which represents you are failed with the interview. Recruiters have an idea of what kind of people they are going to hire, and know your shortage on specialty well after the interview. So take your phone, and call them actively. The feedback they give you will be much useful.
